24/7 Intake provides automated after-hours intake tools for roofing contractors. We do not perform roofing services and do not guarantee lead volume or revenue results.

2. Beta Access

Access may be limited during beta. Availability may vary by city.

3. No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or job volume.

4. Payment Terms

If enrolled in a paid plan:

• Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chayn Lab LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All software and workflows remain property of Chayn Lab LLC.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United States law.
